Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Ann Marie worked with the Government of Jamaica (GoJ) in various leadership roles for 28 years.

Her proudest accomplishment is being a mom to two young adult children who are motivated by purpose, and strong convictions, and are making a difference in the world.

Through coaching and a variety of engaging tools, resources and a community of active support, we introduce you to strategies to help your child learn to learn, build positive habits with ease, develop emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing, navigate the teenage years, engage and empower your children and achieve parenting success.
